to satisfy customer. T-Tex offer full line of services from sourcing the right factories
to managing the compliance, quality control and merchandising of our client’s
products which allows clients to focus on their core capabilities and allow us to
focus on their product’s manufacturing.

ENSURE PILOT RUN CHECK: The first production of the line which is called pilot
run is the most important as it sets the tone of the full production run. Therefore,
we are engaged and placed full time QC to ensure that the Pilot Run is executed
as per client’s required standards as evidenced by the Pre-production samples
and more importantly need to ensure that the Pilot Run is incorporated in the
bulk production run.

INLINE QC CHECKS: We apply strong vetting procedure to ensure customer’s
required quality. We place a fulltime quality controller in order to ensure and
to do monitor right quality of production through fabric and to provide technical
assistance to the factory where required and reporting to the client on any
issues with regards to the production or to seek clarification on any issue. During
production inline reports are sent to the customer so they check and understand
the progress of production.

AQLS: We have an independent QC team that conduct AQLs on behalf of customer’s
according to the customer’s AQL levels. Customer receive AQL decision immediately
after AQL and report in the following day. Third party inspection is welcome as well.
